We don't call this charity. We call it circulation. Gear that ages out of premium rental stays in service with the porters carrying loads up Marangu, Machame, and Lemosho — checked, cleaned, and reissued at the end of every climb.

You arrive in Moshi. Your gear is fitted, packed, and on the trail by morning.

On return, every piece is inspected and laundered. Kit that no longer meets rental grade is moved to the porter pool.

Distributed by route to the porters carrying loads above 4,000m, free of charge, sized correctly.

you arrive.
Most climbers do well with our Summit Ready kit — it covers everything except your daypack and personal layers. We also outfit per item, by route and season, and will adjust during fitting.
Yes — over WhatsApp or via the form below. Reserved gear is held in your sizes and isn't released to walk-ins. No deposit required for kits.
Free hotel delivery anywhere in Moshi, before 9am or after 6pm. We bring two of every size for fitting. Same-day pickup back at your hotel after your climb.
Our standard bag is rated to −15°C, fine for most routes outside January. The Premium kit includes a −20°C expedition bag for crater camps and cold windows.
Free swap, on the spot — we keep two of every size in the shop and another set in the van. If something fails on the trail, your guide can request a swap at the next gate.
